Boyfriend jeans: the perfect blend of comfort and style
Boyfriend jeans are the ideal jeans for me. As you know, I am not a fan of jeans, and I already told you here that I have put 2 pairs in the winter closet, and I am going to sell the other one. So these boyfriend jeans are currently the only jeans I have. But I am very happy with this one. Found on Vinted (yes I finally had luck on that platform again) Like new and it fits perfectly! Why do I love boyfriend jeans so much?
Boyfriend jeans are my style…….for now….
I’ve had a pair before, until they really where worn out. (yes, it happened once that I wore out jeans!) First of all, I love cropped trousers, and therefore also with jeans. Boyfriend jeans usually have some stretch and are cropped. And the stretch gives my behind a little more body. And of course it is super comfortable to wear. But I think boyfriend jeans are cool, but also very feminine.
Do I make any sense? I think boyfriend jeans look very feminine because you see a bit of ankle. That seems to be very sexy. ( however….if you see my ankles there is nothing sexy about them) And because I get a bit more body, at least in my opinion, I feel good in them. This pair is also low rise but not to low. If it would be to low, I would constantly pulling them up. Which doesn’t look that sexy right!
So many ways to style my new boyfriend jeans
I prefer to wear my boyfriend jeans with a heel underneath and a feminine top. But I also bought a beautiful denim blouse and I love denim on denim. So I think I will wear that combination a lot too! Of course there isn’t a thing you can’t wear wit jeans! I also wore them with white sneakers and a glitter sweater, peeptoes, sandals, slippers, white blouse, golden halter top etc. etc. I don’t have to tell you a thing about jeans because you all wear them a lot more then I do, accept for a handful of women that I have never seen in jeans! Huray for you actually!
Today I choose to wear the boyfriend jeans with a top that I have never worn before, and it is in my closet for years. I saw it when I was watching the telly a few weeks ago in a series. Worn by a actrice that wore a sweater that is also in my closet. Both are very old, the sweater and the top. Anyway, that made me want to wear this top. All that I am wearing is pre loved, except the espadrilles. But they are very old and even pulled away from the give away pile.
The lilac of the ring and earrings come back in the top. The earrings were a gift from Gerben. And the navy bracelet is also in the stripes of the top. You know me, matchy matchy.
