The pink jeans dream: Wide-leg denim in a colour
Did you ever thought you would see me in pink jeans? Me neither! Do you also always have that, that in a new season you suddenly fall head over heels in love with a certain colour? I do. Last winter it was brown. I think I wore brown every day. At the moment I can’t stand brown anymore. Now I’m completely in love with pink. I really have to restrain myself from buying everything in pink. Because I know that I can get tired of it quickly. Although I do have a lot of pink for spring and summer already in my closet. So…..today part 1 of my pink galore.
Pink jeans, where is my black??
And that is these amazing wide leg pink jeans! I can’t tell you how wonderful these trousers are. They have a bit of stretch in them, which always wears so wonderfully comfortable. They are a high waist. I’m not really a fan of that, but these are just fine. The length is perfect. Everything about these pink jeans is perfect. It’s unbelievable how good this fit is.
It is a pity that it stands out when someting fits that good. It’s not only Zara that is bad in sizing, it seems to be the new normal. These pink jeans are from a new, to me, brand. And you know what’s really cool: they also have this one in yellow! I have nothing with yellow and nothing in yellow, but…….I’m thinking about ordering the yellow one too. I will wait a few weeks to see if I still like them. But it is a very gorgeous shade of yellow. I am tempted now….
How I like to wear them
Well, with pink sneakers! Haha, did you already noticed them? I love to wear wide legged trousers with a blazer. And this grey one is perfect on it. It’s by Zara and I said it before, their blazers are fantastic! A grey graphic tee from last year and, it has pink in it and the colours fit perfectly with my tatoo, although you don’t see that now. A few golden accessories. And pink, black and white beaded bracelets. The white and black ones are a gift from my sister, and the pink one from my mother in law.
I want to wear these pink jeans with a white tee, but also with pink tops. And with espadrilles. Just want to wear it all the time!
I am feeling a bit of a change in my closet, and seeing it too lol. Don’t think I have bought something black this season. What happened?? No idea, I just have a lot of colour over sudden in my wardrobe. But if you know me a bit, that can change over night, haha. So, are you a fan of wide leg jeans?
