Denim dress with leather trousers

But denim skirts, dresses, jackets, etc, I love those. So how would I wear this denim dress? It had to be different from last time. But I tend to wear a item often the same way. It is still very cold here so I can’t wear sandals or short sleeves now. Perhaps after the weekend!

So I wear a basic shirt underneath, I wear that under everything anyway. And leather trousers! Which I never wear because white couch….. I’ve always liked wearing trousers under a dress. I can remember doing that in 2000 when I had just started a new job. Everyone thought it was weird, but it made me feel great! I am a big proponent of wearing where you feel good in. That’s what I find with jeans, so impersonal. Way too easy! But hey, who am I.

I wear a sweater with it that I wear more as an accessory over the shoulders and an elastic belt over it. A white plastic bracelet to bring back the white in the sneakers and a second-hand necklace. The sneakers are also a bit older, but I think they are very nice because they are padded. I think this look with my denim dress is successful!

So when Gerben comes home from work today we have vacation! Still can’t believe it. We aren’t going to Rye because of Jack, but I am sure we will have a great time at home. We both need a break from this horrible months we had. See you in two weeks!
